Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which time is good to visit Zanzibar?

The best time to visit Zanzibar is during the dry season from June to October, when the weather is sunny, warm, and perfect for beach activities and outdoor tours. This period offers clear skies, minimal rainfall, and comfortable temperatures averaging 25-30°C (77-86°F). July and August are peak tourist months, so expect higher prices and more crowds. For fewer tourists and better deals, consider visiting during the shoulder months of June or September-October. Avoid the long rainy season from March to May, when heavy downpours can disrupt travel plans. The short rains in November and December are lighter and shorter, making this period still enjoyable for visitors who don't mind occasional showers.

  • How do I make a payment for my tour?

We offer multiple convenient payment options for your Zanzibar tour. You can pay via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash on arrival. For advance bookings, we require a 40% deposit to secure your reservation, with the balance payable before or on the tour day. All payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

  • Can I cancel or modify my tour booking?

Yes, we understand plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled based on availability. You can modify your booking date or tour type up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email for any changes.

  • What should I bring on a tour?

We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. For beach and snorkeling tours, bring swimwear, a towel, and waterproof camera. If visiting spice farms or villages, modest clothing covering shoulders and knees is appreciated. Don't forget your camera to capture Zanzibar's stunning scenery! We provide bottled water, but feel free to bring snacks for longer tours.

  • Are tour guides available?

Absolutely! All our tours include professional, licensed local guides who are passionate about Zanzibar's history, culture, and natural beauty. Our guides speak English, Swahili, and several other languages including French, Italian, German, and Spanish upon request. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to making your experience memorable while ensuring your safety throughout the journey.

  • What is included in the tour package?
